Use the online service to make a request for medical care.
If you have a problem needing same-day medical care or you have been added to a waiting list for an appointment and your problem has gotten worse, please contact the surgery by telephone rather than using the online service to ensure this is priortised.
Please note that Inspire Health is a multi-site practice having surgeries at both Avenue House Surgery and Hasland Medical Centre.
Dependant on availability and the clinical need, you may be required to attend either surgery location.
Please speak with a member of our administration team should you have any queries regarding this.
Online medical requests submitted before 6:30 PM will be acknowledged on the same day. (Within our normal opening hours).
