If you use any other online (Mobile) application Inspire Health:-
- CANNOT guarantee the security of your information.
- Will NOT accept your medication order.
SystmOnline Services Account
You will need to register for Online Services (a SystmOnline account) before you can access any information online.
To use the SystmOnline service, you will need to visit your registered GP practice to request a SystmOnline username and password. You cannot register for this service online because the practice needs to verify your identity. You will need to bring photo identification and proof of address with you, e.g. a driving licence and a utility bill.
Once you have registered at your GP practice, they will give you a SystmOnline username and password. Wait an hour before trying to log in to the website. Please, follow the link below to access the SystmOnline website.

Airmid Mobile Device App
Airmid allows patients or someone acting on behalf of the patient to proactively manage their care. The online services available include the ability to view an online Electronic Medical Record (EMR) as well as booking appointments and managing medication.
Airmid is only available as an app, providing patients with convenience and flexibility when managing their care.
The Airmid app can be used on Apple devices (iPhones and iPads) and on Android devices (mobile phones and tablets). It can be downloaded for free from the Apple App Store and from the Google Play Store.
Note: Airmid is only available from within the UK. You cannot access Airmid from abroad.
You will need to register for online services, at your surgery, before you can access your records through this app.

NHS App
The NHS App gives you a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services. Download the NHS App on your smartphone or tablet via the Google Play Store or the App Store. You can also access the same services in a web browser by logging in through the NHS website.
The NHS apps can be used on Apple devices (iPhones and iPads) and on Android devices (mobile phones and tablets). They can be downloaded for free from the Apple App Store and from the Google Play Store.
If you require access to your children's record you will still need to register them for an online service account before they can be added.
You must be aged 13 or over to use the NHS App. You also need to be registered with a GP surgery in England or the Isle of Man.
