Do you need vaccinations?

If you are planning to travel abroad you will need to submit your 'Travel Vaccinations Form' in advance to allow our nursing team to process your form and arrange an appointment if required.

Please leave a minimum of 6-8 weeks to arrange your travel vaccinations.

Travel Assessment Form

We would advise you submit your travel form as soon as possible but the latest we can accept travel forms is 6 weeks prior to travel.  This is to allow the suitable nurses to assess your travel needs, order the vaccinations and then find appointments in our travel clinics. Only certain specially trained practice nurses are able to give travel advice and vaccinations.

Travel advice is covered by the NHS; however some vaccinations and prescriptions are only available privately.

Please enquire about any costs prior to your first travel appointment. Payment for non-NHS services must be made at the first travel appointment.
